Paleo Diet Weight Loss is Easier Than You Think!

The paleo diet considered healthy for many reasons, though the most common is how easy it is to create paleo diet weight loss. Likewise you can tweak your diet very simply to get the results you want. If you want to be a bodybuilder and gain massive weight, you can do it. If you want to be a runner and have little to no body fat, you can do it. If you just want to be generally in shape, you can do it. The most common goal though is the easiest to achieve: if you want paleo diet weight loss, you can do it!

The most important step in paleo diet weight loss is following the diet as much as possible so you can stay healthy. So your first step should be to get yourself a good cookbook with some healthy recipes. We recommend getting your paleo cookbook HERE since you get a bunch of extras and dieting help for free. You may want to refer to my other page Counting Calories on The Paleo Diet where I speak about the miracles of this diet and how you are easily able to eat everything and anything you want (as long as it’s paleo) and still lose weight! It’s true! In 2011 panel of experts actually pitted it up against other top ten diets and determined that the paleo diet provided some of the quickest results in test subjects.

Just keep in mind, there is no such thing as a miracle diet, you can’t just go paleo and sit around the house all day and expect to lose weight. The whole purpose of this diet is to mimic the habits of our paleolithic ancestors so that we can be as healthy as they were (minus the lack of medical knowledge that caused them early deaths of course!). Cavemen would run, sprint, chase game, walk for hours at a time, pull animals, and more on a daily basis. Of course we aren’t saying that you should go out in the wilderness and play some kind of survival game, but a few hours in the gym a week wouldn’t hurt! Personally, I would recommend just lightly working out everything if your goal is weight loss. For example light to moderate cardio, light free weight lifting, light to moderate core workout, and light use of cables. If you are a woman, don’t be afraid to lift weights! Lifting weights lightly isn’t going to turn you into some kind of freak bodybuilder (unless you are taking steroids of course!), but working out your muscles is essential in losing weight!

Fun Fact: When you do cardio exercises, you are burning calories only when you are doing the cardio. So if you are running for 20 minutes, you are only burning calories while you are running. But when you work out your muscles, your body will naturally burn more calories throughout the day!

The most common reason for living this way is paleo diet weight loss, lot’s of people are doing it. It’s certainly not the easiest diet to follow, which is the reason it is being held back from being in the top ten. Many people will try it out for a few weeks, see results, and then stop following it and go back to their junk-food because they got the results they were looking for. Keep in mind, this is certainly something that you can use for a short period of time just to take the extra pounds off and then stop. But make sure if that is what you want to do, that you don’t go back to junk food and processed foods. Most readily available foods are still bad for you and will still make you fat. So try and stick as much to the paleo diet as you feel comfortable with, even if that’s just choosing organic foods and healthy meats.

We love seeing people use the caveman diet because it provides such quick results and our clients feel much healthier and stronger when they are on it. So why quit a good thing? Paleo diet weight loss is quick and easy, and there’s no reason to change something that is working, right?
